Analog Ambassadors
A VIP program for those who value art and themselves in equal measure.
The Analog Ambassador program isn't for everyone - but it might be for you if:
• You want regular personalized photoshoots, with expert guidance and exclusive locations
• You want images that reflect the real you, and not the person you're expected to be
• You appreciate physical memories, with wall art and albums that get a “WOW” when you see them
It is NOT for people who:
• “Just want some photos”, and don’t care about the experience
• Like the same style of images as everyone else
• Are happy only getting digitals for social media
What are the advantages of being in the program?
As an Analog Ambassador, you'll be exempt from paying any session fees. Yes, this includes my highest-end Premium Portraiture! You'll also qualify for a 20% discount on beautiful wall art and custom albums - and this discount could apply as soon as your very first purchase.
VIP sessions can be used for personal portraiture or any other kind of session in your family, from grandparents to grandkids. You'll still get the same great pre-session consultation, outfit advice, and posing and movement guidance, and you'll have priority booking and free studio time and you'll get access to exclusive locations at no extra charge, such as Jax Mini Sessions Studio, Cummer Museum Gardens, or Castle Otttis.
Unlike my regular clients, you'll be able to combine images from multiple VIP sessions when creating collections or albums - great for multi-generational collections or for combining different locations, scenes, or outfits that couldn't be done together.
Analog Ambassadors will also benefit from exclusive gifts, giveaways, and special events throughout the year honoring my most valued clients.
How do I qualify for the program?
You'll automatically qualify for the program after spending a total of $1000 on session fees OR image products. If you opt for a Premium Portraiture session this mean that you'll qualify immediately, and can benefit from the 20% discount on prints for your very first session!
But don't worry if that's more than you need - you can still get VIP status with any combination of session fees that total more than $1000, with no time limit to accrue the total.
For a limited time, you can also gift someone (or yourself) VIP membership with a $1000 credit towards session fees or prints - no need to book a session date, and the credit can be divided as you choose.
How long can I stay in the program as an Analog Ambassador?
VIP status lasts indefinitely so long as you spend a minimum of $2000 on wall art or albums over no more than three sessions. With the 20% discount this means you'll actually be getting $2500 worth of art for your investment PLUS it's still less than the value of the session fees you could accrue!
How and why are you doing this?
Quite simply, I want those clients who best understand the value of portraiture to get more opportunities and more value from their photography. I've crunched the numbers and run the math, and I'm excited to offer this as an investment back into my clients. Most other businesses offer fake "discounts" to get new clients to sign-up, but I want to offer true value to those clients who choose to stick with me.
So what's the catch?
Oh there are some terms and conditions, but there is no catch.
- Analog Ambassadors can book up to three sessions to meet the required product spending to remain in the program, plus you don't forget that you can combine images from separate sessions into a single collection!
- Only one of the three sessions can be more than one hour in duration.
- Analog Ambassadors are entitled to a single premium location per qualification period such as a 2-hour studio session, 90-minute Cummer Museum Gardens booking, Castle Otttis, or similar up to $250 value. If desired the same amount can be put towards hair and/or makeup prep for one session.
- Purchases of unframed prints and desk/tabletop products count towards the product spending to qualify for VIP status, but do not benefit from the 20% VIP discount.
- Store credit earned through the referral program does not count towards the product spending to qualify for VIP status.
- Sessions are not transferrable to friends outside of your immediate family. The VIP member must be part of each session or able to contract for minors (e.g. senior portraits).
- Certain images from VIP sessions may used promotionally, with permission.
- Program space is limited! There's only so much of me to go around ;-)
